Ben G. Baumer, P.E. is President and Co-owner of Baumer Construction, Inc.  Ben received his undergraduate degree in civil engineering from The Ohio State University in 1986.  He joined the firm upon graduation and specializes in the design and building of residential and commercial properties.  Ben received his professional engineer's license in 1992, and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, and the National Society of Professional Engineers.

Kurt Baumer, P.E. is a 2007 graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in civil engineering, specializing in structural design. Kurt earned his MBA from Wright State University in 2012. Throughout high school and college, Kurt worked on the construction crews under Ben and Jerry, building homes and businesses in the area. He rejoined Baumer Construction in 2010 after gaining experience designing heavy industrial and big box retail structures.

Matt Quinter, P.E., P.S. graduated from the University of Dayton in 2003 with a degree in Civil Engineering. In 2008, Matt obtained his Professional Engineer’s certificate, and in 2012, his Professional Surveyor’s certificate. He is new to the company in 2012, and currently leverages his skills as a Professional Surveyor to offer a very cost effective and valuable surveying service in combination with our building and engineering expertise.

Darin Schroeder graduated from ITT Technical Institute with an Associate’s Degree in Architectural Engineering Technology. He started at Baumer Construction in 1993 where he specializes in creating working drawings using AutoCad.
